This tool is part of UCSC Genome Browser's utilities.


-dir=workingDir, defaults to the current directory.
-encValData=encValDataDir, relative to workingDir, defaults to encValData.

Input files in the working directory:
manifest.txt - current input manifest file
validated.txt - input from previous run of validateManifest

Output file in the working directory:
validated.txt - results of validated input
